An essay film and documentary about fancy pigeons and their breeders. The film will consist of footage from national and regional pigeon shows, interviews with the people who breed, study, judge, photograph, and care for the birds, as well as depictions of the pigeons themselves. It hopes to challenge some of the binaries and classifications that structure human relations to animals.
